ABOUT STEM CONFERENCE

For the 5th Annual successful year, 300 STEM/Service Learning students, teachers, parents, community and business leaders are invited to gather on Maui to celebrate STEM learning projects, experience the excitement of a regional technology conference and share stories with other students from different islands.

Students and Teachers will participate in...

Student Project Exhibits, Breakout Traning Sessions, Software Competitions, Teacher Professional Day, Hawaii Digital Media Programs, High Tech Industry Sessions in CAD, GIS , Web Design, Photoshop, Ag, Game Design, and more.

What is the cost for parking?

5x5 presenters:

Self Parking is validated through the front desk. (comp)

Valet Parking is $30.00 and will not be validated.

What is the schedule for me to arrive?

Schedule:(Subject to change)

Check in : 11 am

5x5 Session: 11: 30 - 12:30 pm

Lunch (comp): 12:30 - 1:30 pm

What is the 5x5 session about?

It's to inspire, motivate, encourage, and connect our young STEMworks students about the opportunites and careers in STEM?

How does the 5x5 session work?

The session is about 30 minutes long. Every 5 minutes you will be designated to a group of students of 10 and students will asked you STEM related questions such as:

What do you do? What is cool about your job? etc....
